Once plans and specifications are created, our professionals at Pasadera Builders estimate costs and time lines for all aspects of the home – from cabinetry, to exterior finishes, to roofing, to tile and stone, to flooring, to the pool and landscaping. When you approve the construction budget and time lines, we can apply for the necessary approvals and permits to start construction.

Project Management

We are your advocate. Pasadera Builders makes sure that your voice is heard by all members of our team to make sure things stay on schedule and in budget. We staff our projects daily, maintaining safety, quality and that the plans and specifications are followed correctly. Moreover, we communicate with you on a weekly basis to keep you in the loop on our progress and answer any questions that may come up.

Home Construction

Once all plans and budget are finalized, the building begins! Necessary permits are acquired, foundations are laid, initial structure is built, walls are constructed, and so on and so forth. Maintaining the highest levels of quality and avoiding mistakes can take time but we pride ourselves on finishing on time and on budget.

Last but not least, our team puts the final touches on the custom home building process by adding the accents, designs, and interior finishes that take your space and turn it into a home.
